Prices
Product prices do not include delivery costs.
Payment Methods
The payment methods for products sold in the online store are cash on delivery for packages under 30kg or advance invoice for deliveries over 30kg. The advance invoice will be sent via email or as a paper invoice. Once the payment has been registered in Ariterm's system, the products will be delivered to the customer.
Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are determined by weight according to the following table:
0‐5 kg, 23,56€, Pickup from the post office
6‐10 kg, 27,28€, Pickup from the post office
11‐20 kg, 32,24€, Pickup from the post office
21‐30 kg, 39,68€, Pickup from the post office
(Note: Deliveries over 35kg are shipped as freight.)
35-80 kg, 85€, Freight
81-150 kg, 110€, Freight
151-300 kg, 130€, Freight
301-1000 kg, 190€, Freight
Delivery Method
The delivery methods available in our online store are cash on delivery for packages under 30kg or freight for packages over 30kg. Deliveries are only available within Finland.
Delivery Time
The delivery time for products in the online store is 4–7 business days. If the delivery time is longer, we will contact the customer to arrange a new delivery schedule.
Complaints and Returns
The customer must inspect the delivered products and immediately report any defects or deficiencies. Unused products have an unrestricted 14-day return policy.Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging, including all components belonging to the product. All returns must be agreed upon in advance with our sales department via email (ariterm@ariterm.fi)
Value-Added Tax (VAT)
All prices listed on the site include VAT at 24%.

Data Protection: The register is protected so that individuals outside Ariterm Energy Oy cannot access it.
Information is shared or disclosed to external parties only in compliance with legal obligations, such as at the customer's request or due to a legally mandated request from an authority.
