The modular structure of the steam-producing equipment enables quick installation

The devices are manufactured at the factory in Sweden as portable modules, so the actual installation phase goes quickly. Modular solutions are designed to meet European road transport standards.

Modular construction and high-quality components guarantee reliable operation. The plants have automatic fuel supply and ash removal, bioburner with automatic start and stop. Quick adjustment of the boiler power is possible according to need.

An environmentally friendly energy source for the production of industrial steam

Fossil-free and climate-neutral wood pellets are a renewable source of bioenergy - the pellets are made from wood industry waste streams. Pellets have low carbon dioxide emissions and a small overall carbon footprint. The use of pellets reduces dependence on fossil fuels and has lower energy costs compared to fossil fuels.

Modular solutions for steam production – BKtech by Ariterm

BioOne

BioOne is our smallest portable heating center. Wood pellets are used as fuel with an output ranging from 870 kW to 3 MW. Available in several different configurations that are optimized for the production of steam, warm water, hot water or hot oil.

BioTwin

BioTwin contains the same technical basis as BioOne, but is equipped with a double bio-boiler for wood pellets. Wood pellets are used as fuel with an output ranging from 2 to 4 MW. Available in several different configurations optimized for the production of steam, warm water, hot water or hot oil.

BioMulti

BioMulti is an efficient heating center designed for several different fuels. The plant is available in outputs ranging from 3 to7 MW. The main fuel is wood dust. In addition, bio-oil, biogas, natural gas and liquid gas can be used as fuel.

BioMax

BioMax is suitable for both industrial needs and district heat production. Despite the large 7–15 MW power class, it is still portable thanks to the modular solution. BioMax is equipped with a multi-energy burner. The main fuel is wood dust that produces fossil-free energy. In addition, bio-oil, biogas, natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) are used as fuel.
