ARITERM BURNERS FOR FOSSIL-FREE STEAM PRODUCTION

BioJet Multi is the result of long development work, which is based on Ariterm's long and solid expertise in various bioheating solutions. The first Biojet Multi burners were already delivered in 2011. The product has been continuously developed further over the years while increasing the size category. Nowadays, the burner is available with a power of 3 MW, which is then equipped with a water-cooled grate.

Burners have been delivered to several plant manufacturers to more than a hundred locations. In steam production, our burners are used e.g. in the food industry, dairies, concrete production, whiskey production and soft drink production.

The burner is specially designed for burning wood pellets, which all our customers also use as fuel. Wood pellets are a fossil-free fuel that not only reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 90 % compared to oil, but is also significantly cheaper than oil.

The burner is equipped with an automatic ignition system and is very quickly adjustable. Because it also has excellent combustion control at low partial outputs, the burner is also suitable for processes where the power requirement varies. Adjusting the power from zero to full power only takes about 15 minutes.

The moving grate technology offers a longer cleaning interval. By choosing a burner model equipped with a water-cooled grate, the maintenance interval will also be extended.
