ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY CONSTRUCTION SITE HEATING WITH A PELLET CONTAINER SYSTEM

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY CONSTRUCTION SITE HEATING WITH A PELLET CONTAINER SYSTEM

The new domestic Ariterm Rakennuslämpö reduces emissions and costs in construction site heating

The new Ariterm Rakennuslämpö has been developed especially for the heating needs of the construction industry and construction sites. The use of fossil-free pellets in the heating and drying processes of the construction site effectively reduces carbon dioxide emissions during construction: emissions are reduced by 90 %  when switching from oil to pellets. At the same time, there are significant savings in fuel costs, the cost saving compared to oil is more than 40 %.

Ariterm Rakennuslämpö is a fossil-free pellet container heating system for construction sites

The construction industry is facing a new challenge when looking for ways to build carbon-neutral construction. Increasing the use of fossil-free bioenergy, pellets, in construction site heating is a big step in that direction.

Ariterm construction heating system produces fossil-free energy to produce heat and hot domestic water. We offer a cost-effective and environmentally friendly pellet container heating solution for construction sites.

Reliable, the only domestic heating system for construction site heating

Ariterm Rakennuslämpö is a unique domestic, fossil-free heating system for construction sites. The heating centers are manufactured and tested before delivery at the factory located in Saarijärvi.

The equipment and technology used in our product is based on decades of experience. Thousands of pieces of similar equipment have been delivered for different purposes, now we have assembled the equipment specifically with the needs of the construction industry in mind. From the comprehensive product range, you can find a suitable pellet container solution for the customer's needs in the power range of 200–950 kW for producing either warm water or hot air.

Affordable carbon-neutral pellets as fuel

Ariterm Rakennuslämpö uses environmentally friendly wood pellets as fuel. Fossil-free pellets are an inexpensive, domestic bio fuel. It has a high calorific value and is easy to handle. Wood pellets are a pure natural product that is made from the by-products of sawmills and other mechanical wood industries. Therefore, the production of pellets does not in itself reduce forest resources, but it makes use of the commissioned wood even more efficiently. The carbon-neutral pellet does not contain chemical additives.

For example, with one month of use, carbon dioxide emissions are reduced by approximately 100 tons, which corresponds to the emissions caused by driving 600 passenger cars in the same time. About 18,000 liters of oil would be needed to produce the equivalent amount of energy.
