The BioCare maintenance contract is a dependable and versatile maintenance service that ensures the reliable, efficient and safe operation of the heating systems manufactured by Ariterm Energy Oy year after year. Planned and proactive maintenance of bio-heating equipment guarantees a high degree of utilization and efficiency during the heating season.
Our maintenance service operates quickly, flexibly and professionally throughout Finland. We use only original spare parts for maintenance, which ensures the complete functionality and compatibility of the heating system.
You also get access to a personal contact person, a web remote access license, and access to your heating system's usage and maintenance history information.
The Biocare service contract includes:

Ariterm Easy Remote – remote management system for heating centers
Remote monitoring easily and effortlessly
With the ‘Ariterm Easy Remote’ remote management system, you can perform remote monitoring of your biosystem easily and effortlessly, from wherever and whenever you want. It is possible to connect video monitoring to remote monitoring, which allows you to monitor the events of your biosystem in real time - just as if you were there yourself.
Remote connection with a PC or Android device
You get an encrypted remote connection over the Internet to devices from a computer or Android mobile devices. Either 3G, WLAN or LAN network connection is used to establish the connection. Ariterm Easy Remote is available for systems manufactured since 2009 (if network connection is displayed) and as an option with new heating centers manufactured by Ariterm.
