The company name changes on October 1st 2024. Our new name is Ariterm Energy Oy. ”Today, Ariterm Service is much more than a reliable maintenance company, and we wanted that to be reflected in the company's name as well," says CEO Jari Kanervo. "We are planning, implementing and installing various bio-heating solutions and plants according to the customer's needs. Of course, our comprehensive maintenance and spare parts services will remain and develop with us, ensuring the long-term operation of the systems. So, as a result of business growth and expansion, we decided to choose Ariterm Energy Oy as our new name."

We are an expert in environmentally friendly bioheating systems. Our mission is to replace fossil fuels with bioenergy. We deliver heating solutions for various purposes, either for the production of hot water, steam or warm air. Our heating plants are using fossil-free fuels such as wood and agro pellets or wood chips.

We constantly invest in the development of new products and technologies. One of the three district heating plants delivered last year contains new combustion technology and is designed to work with a pellet mixture, where the share of agropellets pressed from field waste is 70 %. Agropellets are more affordable than wood pellets and bring considerable cost savings in heat production. We also carry out heating plant updates; at the moment, we are renewing the boiler and burner for the 1 MW wood chip heating plant.

The pellet burners we manufacture are widely used in Sweden for the production of industrial steam and heat. In joint work with our Swedish partner, we will start supplying heating plants suitable for steam production to Finnish customers as well.

The brand new product is a mobile pellet container suitable for heating a construction site. Wood pellets used as fuel reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 90 % compared to similar oil-based heating systems. Our other new product is a wood chip heating plant, which can be used simultaneously for both heating the building and producing biochar.

The size of the heating systems we manufacture has constantly increased and we are developing new products, which is why competent and committed staff are particularly important to us. Along with the expansion of the business, the number of our staff has tripled in the last five years and our turnover has quadrupled.

Our factory is located in Saarijärvi, in the middle of the clean forests, fields and waters of Central Finland. That's how we want to keep them. That's why we do contiuous development of environmentally friendly bioheating systems, relying on our long history and know-how. Our goal is ä fossil-free future!
