Ariterm E real estate boiler

Property bio-oil boilers for residential properties, public buildings and industrial use.

The property boilers of the Ariterm E series are overpressured steel plate boilers. The steel surfaces of the boilers are made from strong domestic 6 mm steel plate. The Ariterm E real estate boiler series has 12 power classes in the range 50-1000 kW. Superior structural solutions, which enhance heat transfer compared to traditional boiler construction, have been used in Ariterm E real estate boilers.

Economical and efficient: Ariterm E real estate boilers have high efficiency and low idle losses. Efficiency and economy are based on a patented counter-current heat exchanger.

Small space requirement – an excellent renovation boiler: Ariterm E real estate boilers are ideally suited for renovation due to their structural dimensions. For example, the E 100 LV boiler is only 56.5 cm wide and 71 cm deep, so only approx. 0.4 m2 of floor space is needed.

Reserve and additional heat with electric resistances: Ariterm E real estate boilers can be equipped with 1–4 electric resistance connections, depending on the model. The table of electrical resistances can be viewed on page 15 of the E-series brochure.

• Counter current exchanger principle:
  The flow directions of flue gases and boiler water are opposite. The temperature difference between flue gases and boiler water is as large as possible during the entire cycle of flue gases
  
  
• Ribbed firebox:
  A ribbed surface transfers heat more efficiently than a smooth surface.
  
  
• Horizontally installed flue gas control plates:
  Thanks to the structural solution, the flow rate of the flue gases increases and becomes turbulent, so the heat transfer on the fire surface is enhanced. The baffles are separate, so by removing them, the temperature of the flue gases can be raised if necessary.
