BioJet Multi burner
BioJet Multi is the result of long development work, which is based on Ariterm's long and solid expertise in various bioheating solutions. BioJet Multi is designed as a burner for heating systems and can be used in 2-burner solutions to double and equalize the burner power like the BioJet burner.
The best features of bio burners
The BioJet Multi burner combines the best features of bio-burners: water-cooled construction and moving grate technology.
Little need for cleaning
Compared to burners with a fixed grate, BioJet Multi's moving grate technology enables a longer cleaning interval.
High efficiency
The optimized combustion process at different outputs and an efficient heat recovery system guarantee the high efficiency of the burner. The burner achieved over 90 % efficiency when connected to a 300 kW boiler in VTT's test according to the EN303-5 standard.
For burning wood pellets
The burner is specially designed for burning wood pellets in pellet heating centers. Burning is clean at a high temperature, even over 1100 °C. BioJet Multi enables excellent combustion control even with small partial outputs, as well as quick up and down of the boiler.
Automatic ignition system
The burner is equipped with an automatic ignition system, which also enables the system to be started when controlled by an external system.
